About Us

Raising the Professionalism of Property Investors since 1972

The Manwatu Property Investors Association (MPIA) is a non-profit making organisation with all of its resources used to benefit the members and industry in general. Our purpose is to enable property investors to network together, to become more professional and therefore more successful in their property investments.

History

The Manawatu Landlords Association was formed in 1972. We changed our name to the Manawatu Property Investors Association in 1990.

Meetings

We meet on the first Wednesday of each month (January excluded) at the Palmerston North Bridge Club on the corner of Cuba & Cook Streets at 7.30pm (Note the change of address). Occasional changes of date / venue will be notified to members by e-mail and posted on this website also. Other activities occurring throughout the year are notified to members via our newsletter and at our regular meetings.
